This policy explains what happens to information when you visit Tuna News HQ. We have tried to keep it short and accurate rather than long and vague.
The short version
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not sell personal information. The main privacy consideration on this site is that our videos are hosted on Facebook and play through Facebook’s embedded player.
Video embeds
Videos on this site are not stored here. They are embedded from Facebook and stream from Facebook’s servers.
We deliberately do not load Facebook’s player until you press play. Until you do, the page shows only a still image served from this website, and Facebook receives nothing about your visit.
When you press play, the Facebook player loads and Facebook may set cookies and receive information including your IP address, browser details, and the page you are viewing — the same as visiting Facebook directly. That processing is governed by Meta’s own privacy policy, not this one.
Analytics
